It’s so heartwarming to see how you connect cooking with your family memories! Your adaptation of the Palak Paneer, staying true to the traditional way your mother used to make it, gives the dish a unique emotional value. It’s clear that you put a lot of love into it, and paired with those freshly made rotis, it must have been a truly comforting experience.

The texture of the paneer and the richness of the green color look great in the photo. If you’re looking for a small visual improvement, you could try serving it on a lighter or more neutral plate to make the vibrant curry color pop even more (just a tiny tip,the dish already looks delicious!).
Is there another dish from Anjalina Chugani’s course that brought back memories or one you’d like to share soon? We’d love to hear more about your story, how Scoolinary is supporting your journey, and which courses are inspiring you now.
