#CroissantsAndViennoiserie #HomeBaker #FirstTry #Croissants
This isn’t perfect yet, but I will keep practicing until I get better at it. I love the taste… it’s definitely a croissant! Haha. I learned a lot from watching Chef #AntonioBachour and will put to use all I’ve learned in this course. #CroissantsAndViennoiserie #HomeBaker #FirstTry #Croissants

Jaja.
@Sussan Estela Olaya I struggled with the manual kneading of the dough after it has been laminated. I don’t have a dough sheeter, so it was hard. It’s a work out! Haha.

@dayvee-m-mendoza ¡Te entiendo perfectamente, David!

@Estefanía Carretero I’ve struggled with the manual kneading of the dough after the laminating and folding since I don’t have a dough sheeter. BUT I will definitely try it again and again until I succeed.
