He has worked in some of the world’s most influential restaurants, including Noma in Copenhagen, St John, London, and Asador Etxebarri in Spain, where he deepened his understanding of cooking with fire and high-quality ingredients. As the chef behind Burnt Ends in Singapore, (one Michelin star, Asia’s 50 Best) he has earned global recognition for his innovative approach to barbecue, combining precision, creativity, and a deep respect for fire as a cooking medium.
