Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made the classic chocolate chip cookies from Chef Anna Gordon’s ‘American Cookies’ course, and they turned out beautifully. Soft and chewy on the inside with a perfectly crisp exterior.
While I personally found them a bit on the sweet side (even after reducing the sugar slightly, as I usually do) they were undeniably delicious and were devoured quickly.

Those cookies look amazing, Ira! 😍
I love that you nailed the balance between a soft center and a crispy edge, just like the chef describes in the course!
It’s really interesting that you adjusted the sugar to your taste. Did you try using a different type of sugar or another ingredient to balance the sweetness?
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! I’m sure you’re inspiring others to give the recipe a try. 🙌🏻Level:Scoolinary Team

hello! they were very nice, I just felt that with the recipe, that the sweetness was a little high, but nothing that can’t be solved by reducing the amount, but they were nice, greetings!
hola! quedaron muy bonitas, justo sentí eso con la receta, que el dulce estaba un poco arriba, pero nada que no se solucione reduciendo la cantidad, pero te quedaron lindas, saludos!!
