Improvised Paella with Razor Clams
After the blackout I decided to spend all that is left in the freezer and today it was paella. I prepared it at my sister’s house.
I have put red and green peppers, artichokes, cuttlefish, squid, lobster fumet and rock fish and also a rest of galleys fumet. I only had those mussels and they also went in
As I had no clams, I grabbed some razor clams that in principle were to make them grilled and you do not know what they told me hahahahahahahah. That if that is not put, that if the razor clams are a pity to put them there … and I to mine, without paying attention to anyone😎
And you know what? They haven’t left a single grain of rice and they have touched my palms 🤣🤣 It has been spectacularly delicious. The first time I put razor clams in paella and it won’t be the last.
Things without thinking come out well 😅

Love the spirit of this post, resourceful, bold, and full of flavor! Razor clams in paella might be unconventional, but clearly a winning move. That mix of seafood sounds incredible, and honestly, the best dishes are often born out of improvisation. Cheers to trusting your instincts and empty plates as proof!

I like that you go against the current and experiment with new ingredients in traditional dishes. And that you take advantage of what you had at home and it turns out spectacular, that says a lot about your creativity and the love you put into your cooking.
Thank you for sharing with the community and I can only say that the photo speaks for itself, it looks delicious, appetizing and apotheosis. ❤️

@sussan_scoolinaryteam Gracias Sussan.

They say that every cloud has a silver lining… surely with those razor clams you would not have made a rice dish under normal conditions, but the ‘obligation’ to liquidate many little things led you to think of paella. I don’t know how it will taste, but it looks fabulous. A 10!

@loles-mhotmail-com pues no te pudo qudar mejor, olé.
