Hi guys, I was a bit absent these days, but now I have a heartwarming story to share with you.
Today, I was at school practicing a 3-course menu for the final exam. In the end, we presented our courses by placing everything on a table in the kitchen, and our chef teacher meticulously tasted every single dish and gave feedback.

Esta fue la foto de mi plato. estudio cocina y esto fue el dia de la evaluación con el profe. no tuve tiempo de tomarle una foto antes de que el profe probara, puse en practica muchas de las técnicas enseñadas en el curso y me fue bien.
