Pizza estilo Chicago. Champiñones y cebolla, quesos Tete de Moin y Reblochón. Ragú de tomate, ajo y orégano. Albahaca morada y parmesano para dorar la parte de arriba.

Receta de los hermanos figuratto
Biga 50% (Harina 500gr, agua 250, levadura 2gr)
Va a nevera por 24h.
Biga + masa final (harina 500gr, agua 380ml)
Amasado hasta obtener un punto de elasticidad considerable(importante que la masa no paso los 20°.

Ensalada de frijoles:
Muy sana y rica.
Medio bote de alubias cocidas pintas
Brocoli, Maíz, cebolla fresca y aceitunas. Todo al gusto. Vinagreta de aceite oliva virgen extra aromatizado de tomillo, naranja, unas gotas de limon y vinagre de manzana. Sal y Comino.

Do not make the same mistake like I did🫣 In making Pil pil, I misunderstood about the making of it. Big time!
