Trying to do my presentation better even before plating:
Salmon (yes, I love salmon!) with Moroccan style sauce: tomato, a some kind of peppers/chilies, coriander, lemon and garlic.
Maybe the fish was hidden here. But on the plate it will be great! What do you think?

A esta hora me dieron ganas de una receta clásica de la pastelería, en Colombia también se le conoce como 4/4.
