Tried some pasta from the Colorful Italian pasta course and I’m so happy how it turned out!
Ingredients were quite hard to obtain but it worked at the same time it tasted good!!!
Tagliolini all’uovo” cacio e pepe, lemon and caviar.

Used the different techniques learned in this course to make pots of flowers entirely made with chocolate. The pot itself is filled with a chocolate cake with lemon confit and berries compote.
