    Hola a todos !

    Os comparto el resultado de la primera semana.

    No tenia clavos de olor, asi que añadi clavo molido en polvo a mitad de la coción.

    Con las verduras y parte del caldo, improvise una sopa y quedo realmente buena.

    Learning track – week 1.

    Essential pastry skills, Meringue.

    Hello all, @sussan_scoolinaryteam @soldamiani

    I completed the first task. I made Italian meringue. I was wanting to use it for a dish, however, I ran out of time.

    I was sure I had filmed myself piping the meringue, but I don’t know what happened to the footage.
