Zucchini chips with tzatziki

I do not have Airfryer, so I put them in the oven 10 minutes instead of 7 as the recipe says ( with 7 I did not see them toasted ). I think it would be much better in the Airfryer as it would be crispier (it’s my feeling) although they were very rich, and I guess it will also be less expenditure in electricity and time. The breading was great.
I used all the mint I had in the tzatziki and just left a few small leaves for garnish (I grow it at home, along with other aromatic herbs).
On the other hand, I was surprised by this course. I didn’t know that you could do so many things with this device. I thought it was only for frying without oil 😅.

No tengo Airfryer, a si que los puse en el horno 10 minutos en vez de 7 como dice la receta ( con 7 no los veía tostados ). Creo que mejoraría bastante en la Airfryer pues saldría mas crujiente ( es mi sensación) aunque estaban muy ricos, y supongo que también será menos gasto en electricidad y tiempo. El rebozado genial.
Gasté toda la menta que tenia en el tzatziki y apenas dejé unas pequeñas hojas para adornar( la cultivo en casa, junto a otras aromáticas).
Por otra parte, me ha sorprendido este curso. No sabia que se podia hacer tantas cosas con este aparato. Crei que solo servia para hacer fritos sin aceite.😅
