    Mi primer Roscón de Reyes!!! Me tuve que apañar con lo que había en la nevera e improvisar sobre la marcha. Gracias a los consejos de @Dani Álvarez y del @Chefconbotas salió esto😃: roscón de vainilla relleno de nata y cubierto con ganache de chocolate blanco y chocolate con leche.

    Another recipe from my time in Slovenia. Based on the Austrian dish, Hoppel Poppel, but first presented in Ljubljana’s Union Hotel in 1920, this is a baked mix of fried potatoes, bacon and green onions. Easy to make, tasty, and a good way to use up leftovers!

    …probando, probando… una pasta con anacardos, cilantro y salsa de curry. Creo que esta salsa es perfecta con otras bases de carne o pescado. Pero para los amantes del curry y de la pasta… cumple a la perfección 😅

    Queria compartir con ustedes mi primer encargo de roscon en el cual he seguido las instrucciones del chef Adriàn Ràmirez Garcìa del curso de Roscones Navideños. Las fotos no son muy buenas porque tenia que entregarlo y tengo mas encargos.

    I have been making pasta for years, but the pasta courses on Scoolinary has boosted my confidence so much. I have become much more relaxed when making it.
