Y hoy me anime a preparar pad thai del curso de cocina del Sudeste Asiático.
El sabor me gusto mucho, aunque me falto el tukuwan y sospecho que es un ingrediente importante. Como me sobro salsa pad tahi la próxima vez lo probaré con pollo o ternera y así hacerme una idea de sus posibilidades.

I have been experimenting with the Cypriot cheese “Anari” lately. It’s something similar in some ways to Ricotta. Here is a dessert with anari cheese mixed with Mascarpone and on top and around figs, pistachios, honey and pomegranate jam 🫶

Ensalada de Rúcula, Melocotón y Queso de Cabra.
Esta receta de ensalada la descubrí el otro día y me ha encantado. Os la dejo por aquí por si os animáis a prepararla.
Pelar y partir en trozos un melocotón y ponerlo en un bol. Añadir 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva, media de vinagre de módena y un poco de sal.

Well the (hopefully) last stoveless meal was supposed to be Piadina. But the dough came off the grill more like a flatbread so we rolled with it. (pun intended) A roasted red pepper sauce base, was topped with chicken, fresh mozzarella and greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.
