I’ve been making an entremet cake. It is over 30 Celsius in the UK at the moment (which here is unusually high), so I thought it is time for light, summer vibes, and I made a stawberries & cream inspired entremet cake that is adjusted to my taste (I don’t like the taste of plain cream).
I am planning to share with my colleagues, so there is no cut picture yet – may add one later. 🙂

This looks so beautiful and fresh! The strawberry marble effect is gorgeous, and it really does feel perfect for a hot summer day. I’m definitely curious to see the cut picture later!

@lanamihajlovic Thank you Lana! 🙂 This is the best cut picture I’ve got unfortunately – it was over 30 degrees in the room where we ate it and the white chocolate-based mousse started to lose strength, so the cake started to disintegrate a bit when cutting. 🙈 But it was still delicious, I made a greek yoghurt & cream mousse, a strawberry gel with strawberry pieces, a strawberry & white chocolate based cereal crunchy (turns out adding freeze-dried strawberry powder to white chocolate is actually quite delicious) and a vanilla sponge at the bottom. It was a hit! 🙂
