Hi all!!
The other day me and my sister took on the challenge of baking close to 300 cookies. We cookes for almost 8 hours (it took very long as we could only bake trays of 15 cookies each with an average of 10-15 minutes per tray).
The flavours were based on my favourites, some based on Anna Gordon’s American Cookies Course, but adding my touch and personal likes 🙂
This is the list of the cookies we baked:
– Classic Vanilla cookies
– Chocolate Chip cookies
– Chocolate peanut crunch cookies
– Chocolate crackle cookies ( we had extra caution with these as they are gluten free)
– Orange and cinamon cookies
– Peanut butter cookies
– Ginger & spice cookies
– White chocolate and oatmeal cookies
We also took A LOT of pictures as I am beggining to write a baking website and need all of these pictures 😅. Though I am still only a couple recipes in, I am planing on uploading a bunch more content in the next few months.

Hi, Sam! Baking nearly 300 cookies at 16 shows so much passion, patience and drive 👏 The variety is amazing, and adding your own touch already says a lot about your creative path. What excites you most about building your baking website? Keep going, you’ll go far.

Thank you Sol!!
I believe putting myself out into the world is my main drive for building a website. Maybe later on I will grow and start posting on social media too!!!!-

@sammuir-eatock Sam, that’s such a strong reason to start, putting your work out there takes courage. A website can become your own little pastry portfolio, showing your style, flavors and growth. What kind of feeling do you want people to have when they first land on it? 👏
Have you thought about that already! We’re so happy to be part of your process, Sam. Watching you shape your own path with such curiosity and courage is exactly what makes this community feel so special 👏
