Son muy difíciles de rellenar y la masa se seca muy rápido, así que debería haber hecho caso a la gente que dice que toda una familia suele formar una cadena de producción para hacerlos. ¡¡¡No me puedo creer que de verdad hayan salido bien!!!
Tuxum Berak
This is an Uzbek dish from the region of Khorezm – paper-thin dough pockets filled with egg, milk, and green onions.
I used my new pasta roller to get the dough as thin as possible. They are very fiddly to fill, and the dough dries out very fast, so I should have listened to people who say a whole family usually forms a production line to make these. I can’t believe they actyally worked out!!!
