My childhood best friend has her birthday today, so I was commissioned to get into cake making mode. This is my first entremet that had extra decoration apart from mirror glaze, and I think Scoolinary helped quite a lot in levelling up my game – e.g. I used Hans Ovando’s whipped ganache recipe among others but also the philosophy of creating entremet decorations. I suppose I quite like how this turned out – what do you think? 🙂
