En el curso Petits Gateaux japoneses, los ingredientes para la confitura de higos no mencionan nada de azúcar, pero en la parte de la preparación dice que hay que combinar los higos, el azúcar y la ralladura. ¿Cuánta azúcar se utiliza en la receta? The recipe booklet has already been corrected to reflect this 😊 Honey helps achieve a compote-like texture that’s easier to work with compared to using granulated sugar.
