Pain Aux Raisin de avellana. Trabajo en curso. Un poco más grueso de lo que debería ser, pero sólo tenía un 5 en el anillo. Sin embargo, parecía increíble y sabía muy bien.

My greatest challenge when working with this dough is rolling to even thickness. I have a small portable sheeter so most must be done by hand. I am a high school Culinary Arts teacher and I just want to learn more so that I can teach my students more.most of what I have learned is self taught, and now I want to refine my skills.
