¡ahora me has convencido!

That sounds amazing! 😍 I’ve heard about soy-cured yolks but never tried making one myself… now you’ve convinced me! The contrast with the fried white must be incredible. Did it get that slightly jammy texture in the center or was it firmer after 36 hours?

@lanamihajlovic The flavor really surprised me. The yolk was mellow and the crispness of the white made a delicious combination. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts after trying it😉
