En un momento dado, toda la escena se volvió demasiado divertida para no capturarla… mi marido removiendo el ajvar al ritmo perfecto de la música balcánica. La cuchara se movía como la batuta de un director de orquesta, el ajvar burbujeaba como si bailara, y no pude resistirme a filmarlo. De repente, nuestra humilde sesión de ajvar parecía una escena dramática de una película sobre pasión, fuego y pimentón.

At one point, the whole scene became too funny not to capture… my husband stirring the ajvar in perfect rhythm with Balkan music. The spoon moved like a conductor’s baton, the ajvar bubbled like it was dancing, and I couldn’t resist filming it. Suddenly, our humble ajvar session looked like a dramatic scene from a movie about passion, fire, and paprika.

Maybe next year I should try your style, add a little bachata swing and see if it picks up a Latin accent. 😁-
