He horneado tarta francesa de manzana sin gluten. Ha salido perfecta, sobre todo la corteza. La textura de la cobertura se deshace en la boca. Las almendras añaden un sabor extra rico a la tarta. Me gustaría mencionar también que he aprendido a hacer tu propia mantequilla vegana. También me sorprendió el método de cocción de las manzanas en una olla.

I have baked French gluten – free Apple Tart. It came out perfectly, especially the crust. The texture of the topping melts in the mouth. The almonds adds extra rich flavor to the tart. I would like to mention also that I have learned how to make your own vegan butter. Also the method of cooking apple’s in a pot surprised me as well.
