Comienza la temporada de calabacines 🥒💚 #GreenChallenge
Si tienes un huerto, seguro que conoces los dos extremos:
– no hay cosecha en absoluto, o
– todo madura al mismo tiempo.Ahora mismo, nuestro huerto está rebosante de calabacines y pepinos. Siempre es un reto idear nuevos platos, pero ayer clavamos uno buenísimo:
Cortamos calabacines frescos en rodajas, los espolvoreamos con sal y queso, los horneamos unos minutos… y voilà: ¡crujientes aros de calabacín! 🥳
Para la salsa, le di una vuelta a la mayonesa clásica: tosté los corazones de calabacín (que quedaban al cortar los aros) y los mezclé con la mayonesa con un chorrito de vino blanco y zumo de limón.
Sencillo, creativo y absolutamente delicioso: ¡la cena de verano perfecta! 🌿🍋Level:

If you have a garden, you probably know the two extremes:
– no harvest at all, or
– everything ripening at the same time.Right now, our garden is overflowing with zucchini and cucumber.
It’s always a challenge to come up with new dishes, but yesterday we nailed a great one:
We sliced fresh zucchini, sprinkled with salt and cheese, baked them for a few minutes… and voilà – crispy zucchini rings! 🥳
For the dip, I gave classic mayonnaise a twist:
I roasted the zucchini cores (left from cutting the rings), then blended them into the mayo with a splash of white wine and lemon juice.
Simple, creative, and absolutely delicious – the perfect summer dinner! 🌿🍋
