The recipe is from the “Seriously Good Chili Cookbook: 177 of the Best Recipes in the World” by Brian Baumgartner, aka Kevin Malone from The Office. I picked this up and got it signed while judging at the 55th Annual World Championship Chili Cook-off in Myrtle Beach in 2022.

@soldamiani Thank you, Sol! The recipe is not challenging at all. A cool thing about this recipe is that there are three separate spice mixes that you add at different parts of the cook. It has great highly seasoned, layered flavors.
