Hola a todos Espero que estéis disfrutando de las vacaciones.
Acabo de regresar de una semana increíble en Italia y Suiza. No siempre es fácil volver a las viejas rutinas, pero por suerte mi creatividad en la cocina no se ha desvanecido. Ahora que nuestro huerto empieza a regalarnos verduras frescas todos los días, he decidido aprovechar al máximo sus sabores y colores naturales.Sinceramente, ¿qué puede haber más bonito que las delicias recién cosechadas?

Hi, everyone! I hope you’re enjoying the holidays.
I’ve just returned from an amazing week in Italy and Switzerland. It’s not always easy to get back into old routines, but luckily my creativity in the kitchen hasn’t faded. Now that our garden is starting to gift us fresh veggies every day, I’ve decided to make the most of their natural flavors and colors.
Honestly, what could be more beautiful than freshly harvested treats?
Let’s celebrate zucchini season with a zucchini carpaccio in lemon marinade, topped with fresh feta and herbs from our garden. #GreenChallenge 🙂🙂🙂
