Healthy Drinks in the Making”
🚀 New Creation Brewing Behind the Scenes…
As a pastry chef ,I’ve always been passionate about flavor, balance, and innovation. This season, I’m expanding that passion beyond baked goods — and diving into something fresh, functional, and exciting:
☕️🍋 Healthy, refreshing, and energizing drinks.
I’m currently developing a series of drinks that combine:
✅ natural ingredients
✅ less sugar, more flavor
✅ ingredients with real functional benefits (hydration, focus, energy, gut health)
tropical infusions, cold brews with a twist, and nutrient-packed refreshers designed to support a healthier lifestyle—without sacrificing taste.
🧠 Why? Because customers today want more than just good food. They want good-for-you choices that fit into their daily rhythm.
This is still in the R&D phase, but I’m excited to:
👉 test recipes
👉 share the journey
💬 If you’re into healthy food, beverage trends, or love drink innovation—I’d love your thoughts:
What would your dream “healthy drink” taste like?

Hi Edgardo!
What a well-thought-out and appealing concept… The color palette of your smoothies is vibrant and consistent, and the garnish work (like the carrot spiral) adds an artisanal and carefully crafted touch. In some of the photos, you could improve focus and lighting to better highlight the smoothie’s texture — which is what makes these kinds of drinks most enticing.
Your presentation reflects creativity, technique, and a genuine drive to bring value through healthy choices. What’s your main criteria when balancing flavor and functionality? Do you prioritize seasonal ingredients, specific health benefits, or the sensory profile of the drink?
We love that you’re bringing your pastry knowledge into a healthier path. If you’re exploring recipes that align with this approach, we recommend these courses:
🥗 Healthy Salads https://www.scoolinary.com/courses/healthy-salads🌱 Fresh and Fun Plant-Based Cuisine https://www.scoolinary.com/courses/fresh-and-fun-plant-based-cuisine
Both can beautifully complement your creative process. Keep going — you’re building something truly exciting! 💡🍹

This lineup is stunning, Chef Edgardo—like a color-coded manifesto for what modern wellness should taste like. 💥🍹 Each glass feels like a chapter: bold, functional, and joyfully designed. That cucumber-mint with rolled garnish is Spa-worthy. The grape-carrot spiral: genius visual play.
There’s a clear patisserie touch here—balance, composition, structure.
Curious: as you refine these, are you thinking single-sip clarity or layered flavor journeys as they warm and evolve?
In case you haven’t seen these Courses already, let me share them with you:
Fermented Probiotics Drinks: https://www.scoolinary.com/courses/fermented-and-probiotic-drinks
Bebidas sin Alcohol: un mundo por catar y descubrir: https://www.scoolinary.com/es/courses/bebidas-sin-alcohol (It’s in spanish but you can set your subtitles in english.
And, last but not least, answering your question:
My dream healthy drink would be:
🫖 A chilled infusion of toasted buckwheat (sobacha) and lemongrass,
🌿 blended with cucumber, green apple, and a dash of yuzu juice,
✨ lightly sweetened with fermented honey or birch xylitol,
🧠 and infused with a touch of matcha for focus.
It would taste clean, slightly nutty, citrusy and cooling—like sipping clarity.
Refreshing enough for summer, grounding enough for all seasons.
And the best part: You’d crave it without guilt, like your palate and body are finally on the same team.
