Chicos, hoy estoy aquí sin fotos. Quería decirles que acabo de ver la introducción al nuevo curso de Gelato de Sergio Dondoli. He visto su historia dos veces, ambas con lágrimas en los ojos.
La pasión que transmite en el vídeo me ha llegado al corazón. Esto es lo que me atrae de Italia. Su pasión por todo lo que hacen y la forma en que comparten esa pasión con los demás. Veré este curso, y tarde o temprano, iré a Sangimignano para conocer a Sergio Dondoli en su gelateria 🙂

Guys, I’m here without photos today. I wanted to jump in and tell you that I’ve just watched the introduction to the new Gelato course by Sergio Dondoli. I watched his story twice, both times with tears in my eyes.
This passion he delivers in the video touched my heart. This is what attracts me to Italy. Their passion for anything they do and the way they share the passion with others. I’ll watch this course, and sooner or later, I’ll go to Sangimignano to meet Sergio Dondoli at his gelateria. 🙂
