¡Hola, amigos!
Hoy ha sido el gran día: ¡mi examen final de pastelero! 🍰.Ha sido un examen práctico de dos días, y el examen teórico será dentro de dos semanas.
Teníamos que completar cuatro tareas:
– una galleta o sablé
– una tarta o pasta choux
– un helado
– y una composición para tartas.Disfruté mucho de cada momento del examen, y creo que la comisión examinadora quedó satisfecha con los resultados, aunque nunca dan su opinión.
Ya he compartido con vosotros mis galletas (llamadas Néró en Hungría), pero aquí va otra foto..
Y permítanme mostrarles con orgullo mis Tartas de Limón, bellamente decoradas con fresas y hojas de menta de nuestro jardín. 🍓🌿
De hecho, ¡este fue el único producto que probó el comité! Conseguí hacer una foto justo después de que lo analizaran todo 😊.También estoy muy orgullosa de mi helado de fresa: servido con salsa de caramelo, nata montada, espirales de caramelo y frutas frescas (sí, ¡todo de nuestro huerto!). El plato estaba frío, la decoración hecha primero, e intenté emplatar dos bolas….
Pero la comisión tardó tanto en evaluarlo que ¡el helado se había derretido por completo! 😅 Así que sólo fotografié la parte de la decoración.Queridos amigos, hace ya dos años que soy ex alumna de Scoolinary.
En estos dos años, me he graduado dos veces: primero como cocinera (el año pasado) y ahora como pastelera. No podría estar más agradecida por vuestra ayuda y apoyo.Muchas gracias a Sol, Susan, y a todos vosotros – ¡Estoy muy feliz de formar parte de esta fantástica comunidad Scoolinary! ❤️

Hi, my friends!
Today was the big day: my Pastry Chef Final Exam! 🍰It was a two-day practical exam, and the theory exam is coming up in two weeks.
We had four tasks to complete:
– a cookie or sablé
– a tart or choux pastry
– an ice cream
– and a cake topper composition.
I truly enjoyed every moment of the exam, and I think the exam committee was pleased with the results – though they never give any feedback.
I’ve already shared my cookies with you (called Néró in Hungary), but here’s a photo again…
And let me proudly show you my Lemon Tarts, beautifully decorated with strawberries and mint leaves from our garden. 🍓🌿
This was actually the only product the committee tasted! I managed to take a photo just after they analyzed everything. 😊
I’m also very proud of my strawberry ice cream – served with caramel sauce, whipped cream, caramel spirals, and fresh fruits (yes, all from our garden!). The plate was chilled, the decoration done first, and I tried to plate two scoops…
But the committee took so long to evaluate it that the ice cream had completely melted! 😅 So I only photographed the decoration part.
My dear friends, I’ve been a Scoolinary alumna for two years now.
In these two years, I’ve graduated twice – first as a cook (last year) and now as a pastry chef. I couldn’t be more grateful for your help and support.
