Emocionado de participar con esas maravillosas y aromáticas galletas de granos de café. Una simple galleta de marta de chocolate se puede aromatizar con café y formar estos divertidos bebés con forma de granos de café.

What a great idea! At first glance, they look like real coffee beans, but then you realize they’re little flavor bombs just waiting to surprise whoever takes a bite.
The combination of chocolate and coffee is a classic that never disappoints, but the shape gives it such a fun twist. Now, the big question is: would you pair them with an espresso or some frothy milk? Because this looks like a whole experience. I bet the aroma is incredible!
Thanks for sharing this with the community.🫶🏻

@Sussan Estela Olaya Thank you Sussan ! It would be difficult to choose as accompaniment for those between milk or coffee…. can they meet in the middle, as a perfect marriage called cappuccino?😁

The idea of adding coffee flavor to a classic chocolate sable is genius, and shaping them like coffee beans is such a fun touch. I’m sure they’re as aromatic and delicious as they sound!

These little coffee bean cookies are brewing with charm! ☕🍪 Love the idea of turning a simple sablé into something so aromatic and playful. Did you use instant espresso or freshly ground beans for the flavor?
Thanks for joining the #CookieChallenge with such a unique new entry!

@Sol Damiani I Thank you, Sol. In order to keep the cookie crispy I had to make sure to not to increase the moisture of the dough, so I prepared the coffee concentrate using instant coffee granules and cacao powder. And Coffee and cacao powder- are the perfect friends .
