Nunca he sabido vivir a medias: o me entrego por completo o no entro en el juego. Mi pasión por la cocina me acompaña desde que nací, y Scoolinary Academy es mucho más que una escuela: es un espacio donde crezco, aprendo y creo.
Cuando entré en la academia, sabía que me adentraba en un mundo en el que cada día surgiría algo nuevo. Sabía que sería un viaje lleno de retos, pero nunca imaginé cuánto crecería, no sólo como chef, sino como persona. Cada reto, cada error y cada victoria conllevaban algo valioso.
Pensé que venía aquí para aprender mejores técnicas, pero he aprendido mucho más que eso. Cada noche que pasaba estudiando recetas, cada momento de duda, cada vez que cerraba los ojos y respiraba hondo antes de dar el siguiente paso… todo forma parte de esta historia.
Los dos últimos meses han estado llenos de retos, intentos y valiosas lecciones. Este no es un lugar donde los conocimientos se miden únicamente por las recetas; aquí se miden por el valor de cometer errores, la persistencia en el aprendizaje y la fuerza de la unión. Cada momento pasado con mentores y colegas, cada poco de apoyo y ánimo, me ha demostrado que esto es mucho más que una academia: es una familia.
Anoche, codo con codo con la maravillosa @carolsan29hotmail-com Carolina Álvarez Santín, conseguimos una victoria: ¡250 puntos! Pero la verdadera victoria está en compartir este éxito con todos los que creyeron en nosotros, nos apoyaron y lo celebraron con nosotros. ❤️
Gracias a los mentores por sus conocimientos, a mis compañeros por su apoyo desinteresado y a todos los que forman parte de este viaje.🥰
Esto no es el final, ¡solo es el principio! Estoy preparada para nuevos retos, errores y victorias, porque cuando sigues tu pasión, ¡cada paso te lleva hacia delante! 💪🏼

I have never known how to live halfway – I either give myself completely or don’t enter the game at all. My passion for cooking has been with me since birth, and Scoolinary Academy is much more than just a school – it is a space where I grow, learn, and create.
When I joined the academy, I knew I was stepping into a world where every day would bring something new. I knew it would be a journey full of challenges, but I never imagined how much I would grow – not just as a chef, but as a person. Every challenge, every mistake, and every victory carried something valuable with it.
I thought I was coming here to learn better techniques, but I have learned so much more than that. Every night spent studying recipes, every moment of self-doubt, every time I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before taking the next step – they are all part of this story.
The last two months have been filled with challenges, attempts, and valuable lessons. This is not a place where knowledge is measured only by recipes – here, it is measured by the courage to make mistakes, the persistence to learn, and the strength of togetherness. Every moment spent with mentors and colleagues, every bit of support and encouragement, has shown me that this is much more than an academy – this is a family.
Last night, side by side with the wonderful @carolsan29hotmail-com Carolina Alvarez Santin, we achieved a victory – 250 points! But the real victory lies in sharing this success with everyone who believed in us, supported us, and celebrated with us. ❤️
Thank you to the mentors for their knowledge, to my colleagues for their selfless support, and to everyone who is part of this journey.🥰
This is not the end – it is just the beginning! I am ready for new challenges, mistakes, and victories – because when you follow your passion, every step leads forward! 💪🏼

@Maloles Muñoz Hoy hablo con mi marido de todo porque es mi mayor apoyo. Llegué a la conclusión de que claro que es maravilloso cuando alimento a la gente que quiero, cuando demuestro amor a través de la comida y ellos disfrutan cada bocado es algo que agradezco. Pero compartir mis platos con personas que viven la misma pasión y el mismo amor es un universo totalmente diferente. Por eso esta comunidad se convirtió rápidamente en un segundo hogar para mí. Espero con impaciencia el camino que recorreremos juntos. Cuando me preguntan cuánto dura la formación en Scoolinary, respondo… Creo que nunca termina ☺️ Finalmente me convertiré en un estudiante eterno 😂

@Maloles Muñoz Today I talk to my husband about everything because he is my biggest supporter. I came to the conclusion that of course it is wonderful when I feed the people dear to me, when I show love through food and they enjoy every a bite is something I’m grateful for. But sharing my dishes with people who live the same passion and love is a totally different universe. That’s why this community quickly became a second home for me. I look forward to the road we will walk together. When they ask me, how long is education at Scoolinary, I answer… I think it never ends ☺️ I will finally become an eternal student 😂

@Maloles Muñoz P.D. Hoy he tomado otra decisión. Siempre he querido aprender español, e incluso hace 17 años me matriculé en el curso de primer nivel. Desgraciadamente, se acabó ahí. Hoy he tenido una motivación extra y he decidido darle otra oportunidad. Me estoy lanzando a construir mi vocabulario español, y luego voy a necesitar un poco de ayuda con la práctica 😁 Mi hermana ha estado viviendo en España durante los últimos 10 años y habla español, pero estará fuera durante los próximos 6 meses debido al trabajo en un yate. Cuando vuelva, me gustaría sorprenderla con el mío “Yo hablo español” 🤗.

@Maloles Muñoz P.S. Today I made another decision. I have always wanted to learn Spanish, and even 17 years ago I enrolled in the first level course. Unfortunately, it ended there. Today I got extra motivation and decided to give it another chance. I’m throwing myself into building my Spanish vocabulary, and then I’ll need some help with practice. 😁 My sister has been living in Spain for the last 10 years and speaks Spanish, but will be away for the next 6 months due to work on a yacht. When she comes back, I would like to surprise her with mine “Yo hablo español.” 🤗
