Contratulations for joining our #TomatoChallenge, dear! It’s always a tremendous delight to see what you have in your hands and your mind, Somayeh. You keep surprising us time and again with your plating and photography! 🌟 The combination of bold textures and delicate touches here is a feast for both the eyes and imagination. I’m particularly fascinated by your use of balsamic caviar – balancing the acidity and sweetness in such a refined way is no small feat!
I’m curious, how do you decide on the balance between garnish aesthetics and flavors in dishes like these? Is it a process driven by intuition, or do you start with a clear plan? 🧑🍳

@soldamiani Gracias querida Sol🙏🌺
Debo decir ,que paso días arreglando cada plato y busco mucho la combinación de sabores y el color adecuado de los elementos
además, he escrito un libro en persa que se llama “los ojos comen primero”.así que me ocupé de arreglar cada plato según los principios.😍

@soldamiani Thank you dear Sol🙏🌺
I should say ,I spend days arranging each plate and search a lot for the combination of flavors and the right color of the items
in addition, I have written a book in persian called “eyes eat first”.so I took care to arrange each plate in a principled way.😍

Thank you for joining the challenge!
Both dishes not only look delicious but also reflect the care and attention to detail that make Iranian cuisine so special. The Pamador Khoresh is stunning with the microgreens, onion chips, and balsamic caviar—it’s like a work of art! And the tomato soup with colorful garnishes is an explosion of creativity. I’m sure dishes like these will impress anyone. Thank you for sharing them with the community. 🫶🏻
