Who is Juanan García?
Master in bartending, teacher, manager and consultant of F&B.
Professional in the world of cocktails since 2000.
He started as a service professional at the Escola d'Hoteleria de la UIB in Palma de Mallorca and soon became an apprentice in one of the few cocktail bars in the city where he began training as a bartender. After being promoted to second in charge, he began a stage in various luxury hotels on the island where, in addition to continuing his training, he was gaining experience in F&B management and in the teaching facet.
As a result of a master's degree in bartending in Barcelona, he was offered the opportunity to open what would become the first bartending academy in Mallorca, where he began a 7-year stage, giving courses throughout Spain in hotel chains, in addition to training more than 300 bartenders in their classrooms.
In recent years he has also been responsible for the catering and events service of the Andreu Genestra group (* Michelin) where he has deepened his knowledge of the world of luxury event service.
He is currently sales representative and customer advisor of the distribution company for bar and restaurant equipment Aps glass & amp; Supply, and serves as Vice President of the Association of Bartenders of the Balearic Islands, as well as working on various personal projects focused on the world of teaching in the A & amp; B sector.
