Dustin Haarstad is the founder of the cocktail consulting company Blind Tiger Cocktail Co.
He has worked as a bartender in prestigious bars across the United States, including Seattle's Canon and Naka. Dustin is an ambassador for Tequila Fortaleza and has competed in many contests such as the Manhattan Cocktail Classic.
Currently, Dustin works at the four-time James Beard Award-nominated Canon: Whiskey and Bitters Emporium. Alongside Jamie Boudreau and the Canon crew, Dustin has developed an understanding and respect for the cocktail world, immersing himself in cocktail culture, knowledge, and craft. He is passionate about the historic, innovative, and delicious.
