Lab I was experimenting with cauliflower. Wanted to see what I could do with it. I made a cauliflower mash with toasted walnut pomegranate gremolata. Was fantastic!

This look delicious if you put the califlower with garlic and olive oil and salt in the oven, you can make more grateful flavours
