Today we put on our Scoolinary apron and prepared a chocolate and raspberry cake from the “Basics of Vegan Pastry” course.

Spoiler: I survived the attempt and it even turned out yummy! 😄

I have to confess that baking is not exactly my superpower… but the cake turned out really good. The cream… well, let’s just say it needs a little more practice 🤣, but it was still delicious (let it not be said that I don’t try 🤣)

The best of all has been having a good time with the team, trying, making mistakes (ME) and learning together. Cooking with the brigade is always an experience that I enjoy more than dessert ❤️❤️

      here’s to the next recipe!

congratulations, Mayer! I see it as a 10 as a first attempt, and even more considering that you are not a professional.

The important thing is to encourage yourself to do it, to understand what you can improve and, above all, to try again.

I must confess that those Brigada moments together are also one of my favorites.

credit to you for making them possible!

Well, I think it’s beautiful and looks super appetizing. Will you save me a little piece please 😉 😉.

It looks very good. The fresh raspberries and mint leaves give it a touch of freshness and color and the dried fruits also go very well. Good job on your work

what a piece of sponge cake ✨.

Great height cake and the hints of raspberry, mint and dried fruit take it to a super fresh height. And hey, that the cream “needs practice” has absolutely nothing to do with how it looks in the photo, that’s a super finish. Plus, that’s how you learn, and a buttercream is never easy. Thank you also for that team energy you transmit.❤
