Vienna Bread
I never get them perfect, they always come together and I always put them apart. But I don’t mind too much because they are to die for🙌. I learned them a couple of years ago in the course Bollería Dulce y Salada para Brunch by Eric Ortuño. I put sesame and poppy seeds on them

Feliz domingo ❤

Maloles, thank you for showing us how they turned out, they look super appetizing and with a provocative golden color. What a great idea to combine them with sesame and poppy, it gives it a special touch.Have you ever tried stuffing them before baking? It could be a fun version for brunch.😊

¿Has probado alguna vez rellenarlos antes de hornear? Podría ser una versión divertida para brunch.😊

They are so good, they sometimes come together for me too, but on the bright side, you can appreciate the crumb when you separate them without having to split them.

Wow how good, just today we talked about how these delicious breads arrived in Madrid in 1873 and my husband told me the story.
How curious that you made them.

Well, it will be an imperfect perfection!!!! Because I see them fabulous, and if they are also ‘pa morir’ of rich, you can’t ask for more.

Vienna bread perfection is tricky, but honestly, when they taste that good, who cares if they stick together a bit? Keep baking, you’re making magic in every batch!

@lanamihajlovic Yes, I won’t stop baking them because they taste like glory. You are right , what does it matter if they are not perfect and stick a little bit.
Thanks lana❤

Gracias lana❤
