      Broad beans with ham

It is bean time, time when the gardens begin to bear fruit, where acquaintances or friends who have planted beans come home any day with a bag full of them, freshly picked, very green and smooth.

Today I have prepared them with ham, onion, meat broth, and a good aove. Grateful to the good people and to life🙌❤

Maloles, how nice how you conveyed that simple but full of life moment, where the fresh produce from the fields comes home and becomes a comforting dish. The photo is perfect, it looks homemade, abundant and with that little color of the ham that gives a cheerful touch to the dish.

Thanks for sharing your dish with the community 😊.

I never tire of repeating: I want to live in #LolesLandia 😍 What a wonderful dish and how lucky to have that direct contact with the countryside, the orchards… and the good people. You are really lucky.
That combination of tender beans with ham and onion has all the flavor of the authentic. Thank you for sharing so much life in each dish!
do you have any special tricks to make them tender and tasty?

Nothing beats fresh, homegrown beans straight from the garden! The combination of broad beans with ham, onion, and meat broth sounds like the perfect way to honor that harvest. ✨

How delicious beans with ham 💚 I always love to have a jar of fried baby broad beans in the pantry, which I also prepare with ham. And they are very tasty… but where there are fresh beans, everything else goes. olé for the vegetable garden and for the good neighbors and friends 😁.
