A simple but very tasty and delicious dessert. Strawberries with a lavender pastry cream, which I like to make from time to time for different desserts. And if I have guests at home who come from abroad, even more… because lavender is the essence of the area where I live… by the way, there is less time left for the lavender fields to bloom 💜

What a beautifully thoughtful dessert! 🍓💜 Strawberries with lavender pastry cream sound both delicate and deeply flavorful. A perfect nod to the region’s essence. I love how you tie local ingredients into your creations, especially for guests. It makes the experience so personal and memorable.

@betzamedina gracias!!

Your dessert conveys something so special that feels simple yet so elegant. The combination of strawberries with lavender sounds like a walk in the countryside in spring, and that pastry cream looks super creamy!
do you have any tricks to keep the lavender from overpowering the flavor, and I was also wondering if you could add any crunchy elements to give it that crunchy mouthfeel.

Thanks for sharing it, your dessert looks very tasty. ❤️

I had never thought of that! Lavender and strawberries! You have to be aromatic and fresh.

        • Mother of the beautiful love, Beatriz! Between @lanamihajlovic ‘s peppers and your strawberries, you’ve got me salivating 😂😂.

How good they have to be. I’ve never tried lavender pastry cream, but it sounded like a little slice of heaven to me….
