      Spinach Paper

It was 2:00 am when I took these pictures. I fell asleep waiting for the oven to finish doing its job and when I woke up I thought it had burned because I put it in for 30 minutes and it was almost two hours before I opened the oven. Good thing it turned itself off, stayed in with the residual heat and finished drying. My spinach paper came out perfect😅. I have already prepared it for dinner and I was able to take pictures that you will see in these days.

I couldn’t see your posts because it was very late and I had to get up early. As soon as I can I promise to answer everything and see what you have posted.

Today is Miercoles Santo and the procession of the Cristo del Calvario passes by my door in an hour. Nothing is more important now✨🥰.

        what a great story, Maloles!

That spinach paper turned out amazing, it has a vibrant color and the texture looks perfect for adding a special touch to a dish. How lucky the oven turned itself off! 🙌🏻

I already want to see what you prepared using your spinach paper🤩. I think it’s a great idea to play with presentations or even as a snack. did you put anything else in it besides spinach or is it just the shredded and dehydrated leaf?

Thanks Maloles for sharing this great idea.❤️

@undefined Thank you Sussan. NO, it only has the spinach and vegetable oil in it. As I said yesterday it’s the rest that’s left after straining the oil. And yes, even as a snack it’s good, I almost ate a third of it when I tasted it😂.

@undefined Gracias Sol.
