hello Scoolinars! 🤓I’m very happy to share my presentation for the closed Challenge for the Brigade that Scoolinary organizes every semester. In this case, chickpea was the protagonist of the workshop and I chose the “Chickpea ceviche with crispy quinoa” from the Plant Based Food Course.
