Congratulations, making pain au chocolat at home is not easy but you did it. The outside is very well done, I wish you could share with us a picture of the inside, could you tell us which chef you learned with? what is the next thing you would like to learn, so we can recommend it to you.

On the other hand, let me make two suggestions:

1. I can tell you have taken time to do your photography, where you have even added decorative elements, however it would be nice to give a little more light to the photography, even if you are not professionally dedicated, a good photo enters through the eyes.
