      • I’ve never made croissants, but I’ve been wanting to try for years now. I am intimidated by the process of laminating the dough by hand, instead of using a sheeter, but I will try it.

        The process of making the croissant laminate by hand is very interesting, the process is a little longer in time but the result is worth it.
