This is a Calabresa Pizza. I need to work on my dough. Is very hot where I live. My kitchen is always 31⁰C all year. Hope to learn from all pizza aficcionados here. I lt was done on a Ooni Gas pizza oven

I got these two beauties from the Patagonia, the “Pulku ciders”: one with a blend of pears – Williams and Packham’s – and the other with elderberry (Sauco) and a blend of apples – Evelina, Granny Smith, and Red Delicious.

I prepared the Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad) from the Thai Cuisine course. I added shrimps to turn it into a more substantial lunch. Really enjoyed the fresh flavours of this dish and it was so easy to make.
