The best thing about this orangish pepper is that it was initially totally green, and it magically transformed into orange while frying. I enjoyed preparing this 99% vegan risotto with fried onion and the ‘green’ pepper. For the mantecatura, I used butter and vegan cheese today because it’s a vegetable day.

The dough does not become elastic
When I mix the dough ingredients after 8 minutes, the dough is not elastic, knowing that I use the flour with 12 protein so I dont know what the problem ? mybe I will Reduce the amount of flour to 1400g ?
any suggest ?

Hi
Why is the dough temperature (around 25 °C) lower than the optimum yeast temperature 37 °C?
My understanding is that yeast grows fastest at 37 °C.
