    Y aquí está el interior. La próxima vez tendré que hacer el bizcocho y el cremoso más fino porque aunque le puse mousse con el peso del interior se me ha ido para los lados y apenas ha quedado capa de mousse encima del cremoso. Me ha gustado mucho el postre, me ha parecido muy refrescante y muy ligero e ideal para épocas de calor.
