Last nights dinner. Basil pomodoro. From the Pasta Sauces course by Ryan Poli. A very simple meal but full of flavour. I used my own home grown basil.

I made a simple, comforting stew with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chicken and a small amount of potatoes. I seasoned it with turmeric and a mix of warm spices, which gave it this beautiful golden color and a gentle depth of flavor.
