Guilache hard nougat from the course : Classic and Modern Nougat with David Gil.
It looks great especially with the chocolate bath on the base. Today it’s the family’s turn to be guinea pigs.
Turrón duro Guilache del curso : Turrones Clásicos y Modernos con David Gil.
Queda muy bien sobretodo con el baño de chocolate en la base. Hoy a la família le toca hacer de conejillo de indias.

My meal for the 24th was something simple to recharge my batteries for tonight, something not too filling.
A salad of pickled chicken, dried apricots and pomegranate, mixed lettuce, chicken cut into medallions.
Pickled chicken emulsion, mustard and orange juice

I’ve been cooking all day. My mother is elderly, so I’ll take care of dinner on the 24th and lunch on the 25th…at this time, and I’m still infusing milk for a dessert.

Llevo todo el día cocinando. Mi madre está mayor, así que me encargaré yo de la cena del 24 y de la comida del 25… a esta hora, y sigo infusionando leche para un postre.

I wanted to share with you some yogurts that I made this morning, one is yogurt with blueberries and the other is plain yogurt, because my kids each like it one way so I make half of one kind and half of the other kind, so there is no problem.

Pasticciotti. This is the first time I’ve made this. I only had a fluted pan, so I decided why not try something. The first 3 I realized I wasn’t getting what I wanted. The last 2 worked.
My husband is my taste tester. His response after he tried one “Yummy”
