Thomas Boucourt, originally from Normandy (France), began his career in hospitality working with renowned catering companies such as Lenôtre, Potel et Chabot, and Raynier Marchetti. With international experience across Europe and Australia, he has led hotel and restaurant operations in high-demand settings.
Since 2011, he has been part of the EHL faculty, appointed as a lecturer in 2013 and promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2017. Awarded the "Rising Star Teaching Award", Boucourt has played a key role in curriculum development for banquet and event management, offering a hands-on and high-quality teaching approach.
