Hi guys, I wanted to celebrate the first berries of the season, so I prepared one of my top desserts: cottage cheese dumplings. Usually, we serve them with wild berry sauce or cream. In my version, the strawberry sauce was inside the small balls, and when cutting them, it smoothly spread on the plate. ❤️🍓⚪️

It is covered with breadcrumbs that I toasted in butter. It is a bit dark because it was a special bread I grated, that contained buckwheat.
You are welcome to Hungary… If you come next week, we cut the Scoolinary birthday cake together 😍🥂1-
