Tried some pasta from the Colorful Italian pasta course and I’m so happy how it turned out!
Ingredients were quite hard to obtain but it worked at the same time it tasted good!!!
Tagliolini all’uovo” cacio e pepe, lemon and caviar.

I wish we could take a pic of our brain cells when we try this kind of dish @deena-suganob 😆 I guess these flavors combined make a wonderful experience. When we palate the tiny caviar eggs… Oh Gee! Thanks for sharing with us!
